ORS has successfully completed the acquisition of Profire & Design Limited, a leading fire engineering solutions provider in Ireland.
Vico Advisory provided sell-side M&A advisory services to the shareholders of Profire & Design Limited. Reddy Charlton provided legal advice to Profire's shareholders. LK Shields (legal), RBK (financial due diligence) and EY (tax due diligence) acted on behalf of ORS.
