Dónal O'Sullivan
ACMA, CGMA - CEO
Dónal, the founder of Vico Advisory, holds a first-class honours degree in Economics & Finance from University College Dublin and a Masters of Accounting. After training as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, he transitioned into Corporate Finance with Raglan Capital, advising on M&A for Irish SMEs, UK, and US private equity firms. From 2014 to 2019, Dónal worked with an ultra-high-net-worth US entrepreneur, acquiring and managing over 30 niche technology and services companies globally, valued at €1 billion. During this period, he grew an organization generating over €400m in revenue and €100m in EBITDA, serving as both a Non-Executive and Executive Director in key transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of Finanzen and deals involving Hansen Aerospace and Damovo.
James holds a first-class honours degree in Economics & Finance and a Masters in Quantitative Finance from University College Dublin. He has over 10 years of experience working with top global financial institutions and is a certified Professional Risk Manager. As an experienced CTO, James leads a team of over 350 data scientists and engineers, overseeing product strategy, design, and the implementation of technical solutions worldwide.
